Jeff  has consulted several Fortune 500 Companies (Manufacturers and Retailers) on the best use of syndicated, consumer, and internally-generated data.  Pivotstream is an extension of this work and is focused on leveraging  technology to deliver more and better insights faster.

Frank Fulton – COO (frank@pivotstream.com)

Responsible for the daily operation of the company, Frank is an agile, innovative, and passionate delivery leader with a record of finding better ways to provide the most useful and delightful customer experience. Frank’s extensive SaaS, BI, and analytic services background and his commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence were refined in senior leadership roles at PivotLink, Klir, and Doyenz, where he led support, professional services, software engineering, product management, technical operations, and demand generation teams. Frank is passionate about making things that people need and use, and has been committed to delivering value as a service for more than a decade.

C. Alexander Leigh – CTO  (aleigh@pivotstream.com)

Alex contributes his 18 years of experience building large service platforms to Pivotstream, where he combines a deep knowledge of technology with an understanding of the sourcing/supply chain, retail, business intelligence, and regulated data processing business verticals. Alex has previously served as CTO of Arigo producing industry-leading software in the sourcing and global trade management space and Infrastructure Architect at Doyenz where he was responsible for the production operations and technology of a petabyte scale cloud storage company. In 2004 Alex founded Ashpool, a startup in the mobile billing and regulatory space, and has built large industrial-strength service platforms for companies such as Sprint (NYSE: S) and DST Systems (NYSE: DST).

Nan Moran – VP Services and Operations  (nan@pivotstream.com)

Nan brings a wealth of Supply Chain expertise and BI knowledge.  As a leading member of the Product Development team for JDA, and Director of Product Development and Strategy for Pivotlink, Nan lends a comprehensive understanding of the art of the possible in Business Intelligence.  Nan heads all application training and client development initiatives for Pivotstream.

John Casey – Director of  Business Development  (johncasey@pivotstream.com)

John Casey is a veteran of the SaaS Business Intelligence technology universe, having consulted  for and participated in several successful start-ups.  As Director of Strategic Alliances for  MessageGate and N2H2, John developed successful relationships with many of the  world’s leading technology providers.

Scott Senkeresty – Director of Engineering  (scott@pivotstream.com)

After earning Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Computer Science, Scott honed his development skills by  working over 14 years at Microsoft.  There he worked on two of the largest  software projects in the world – namely Office and Windows.  For the last  four years of his career, Scott worked on back-end systems to support  Microsoft’s anti-malware products – tracking the behavior of thousands of  malicious files each day, optimizing multi-terabyte databases, and shipping  updated protection to hundreds of millions of computers each week.  Scott is responsible for Pivotstream Automation technologies and  manages the Pivotstream Black Box Server Farm.
